- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, and perform various tasks for extended periods
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

- Possess basic computer skills

Responsibilities
- Friendly greet guests and assist with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Schedule spa appointments using spa booking software/systems
- Maintain accurate guest records, including contact information, appointment details, and preferences
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily receipts
- Coordinate with spa technicians to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery
- Prepare and distribute daily schedules and reports to spa staff members
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa
- Promote the spa's reputation through social media
- Ensure that spa amenities, such as towels, are well-stocked and available for guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Perform other related services and duties as assigned by the manager
