Project Manager Office Assistant – Part Time
We are looking for a well-organized self-starter who is computer literate with proficiency in customer management software. This person will work with our Project Manager in our Atascadero location to assist in the planning and implementation of projects by conducting administrative duties. The schedule is flexible with some home office hours available, if desired. Tuesday will be mandatory in office day. We estimate the weekly hours will be 20 per week to start but could move into more as we grow. Construction experience would be preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

Track project progression.
Facilitate and keep meeting notes.
Assignment tasking, tracking completion task reminder management.
Assistance with contacting vendors and clients with project updates, information, and documents.
Conducting administrative duties to assist management.
Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
