Our reputable family-owned and operated company is looking for skilled and qualified Installers to join our team. We are a very busy construction company offering competitive a compensation package with LOTS of room to grow as you become more valuable to the team and demonstrate leadership.
Specific experience in glass or window installation is not necessary, but is a plus. You must have 2+ years of construction experience and/or excellent framing or finish carpentry skills and tools and a willingness to learn. As you acquire more skills and tools and demonstrate your ability to complete jobs on time and on your own while providing excellent customer service, your compensation will grow accordingly. Amazing service, attention to detail, a positive attitude, cleanliness and attention to detail are a must. We are looking for a team player and will train right person for the job! This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. Must be on time and reliable.
Company vehicles are provided to our Lead Installers teams along with all installation materials. Must have a valid CA Drivers license.
