This role includes planning daily tasks, organizing materials, and ensuring all concrete is poured, finished, and cured correctly. The Concrete Foreman reads and interprets blueprints, checks site readiness, and coordinates with supervisors and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule. They are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, solving on-site issues, and guiding crew members to complete high-quality work. The Concrete Foreman ensures all concrete operations are done efficiently, safely, and to project standards.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Concrete Foreman to lead and support our field crew. The ideal candidate will oversee daily concrete operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Experience with Symons panel installation and foundation construction is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the concrete crew on daily tasks
Install and set Symons panel forms
Oversee layout and construction of building foundations
Ensure all work meets project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
Plan daily activities and coordinate materials and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and verify site readiness
Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Qualifications:
Experience with Symons forms and foundation work
Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and curing
Ability to read plans and follow instructions
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to perform concrete labor as needed
