Job Title: Shipping/Office/Customer Service Manager

Skills needed:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
-Knowledge of Shopify preferred
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills
-Attention to detail/self starter
-Appreciation of art
Duties include:
-Manage all aspects of printing/shipping, customer service
-Printer maintenance
-Quality control
-Returns/exchanges/customer satisfaction
-International shipping (duty/taxes/customs)
-Filing insurance claims on lost/damaged items
-Pick ups/deliveries
-Manage all aspects of merchandise, artwork, office
-Inventory
-Manage gift shop at events
-Training and supervising employees/volunteers
-Prepares merchandise and inventory lists for vending/manages count ins/outs
-Oversee creation and launch of new products and releases
-Communicate with vendors and producers
-File management
-Office supply and vendor management
-Orders/billing/payments
-Developing a strong knowledge of artwork names and creation date
-Utilize company calendar when necessary
-Oversee special projects, performances, art shows
-Keeping office clean and organized
-Creating systems for organization when needed
-Weekly cleaning
Compensation and other details:
-Employee status: 20 hours per week
-$20-$22 per hour based on experience
-Based out of Hygiene Colorado
