As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing dishes with high quality and quickness according to our menu and standards. You’ll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure every plate that leaves the line meets our quality expectations.
Job requirements
Fluent in English or Japanese
Has a bank account in the United States
Has official working status
This position can be part-time or full-time.
Our restaurant is open evenings only, and we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Typical working hours are 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
