We are a locally owned and operated solar company in Boulder, CO looking for an experienced office manager and bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively organize day to day operations and provide support in administrative duties. We are searching for an experienced office manager with bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience to assist with tracking expenditures and invoices. This will be a critical role in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
Assist with projects and HR as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Quickbooks, or bookkeeping required
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Google suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
