Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will learn industrial sewing, outdoor gear repair techniques, material handling, and basic prototyping skills. Perfect for students or anyone looking to enter the sewing, fashion, or gear design industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with repairs on outdoor gear, jackets, backpacks, handbags, tents, and leather goods
Learn to operate industrial sewing machines (training provided)
Help with custom design and prototyping projects
Support daily shop tasks including material prep, cleaning, and organizing
Work closely with experienced technicians to develop real industry skills
Qualifications:
No experience required—training provided
Interest in sewing, repair, outdoor equipment, design, or craftsmanship
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
