As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. You will be accountable for performing a variety of skilled maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.You will report directly to our Facilities Manager and you'll work out of our Broomfield, CO locations.In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and operating at their best.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, making necessary repairs or replacements.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Work with other team members and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is ($58,600.00 - $73,300.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
US Citizenship to obtain or maintain a security clearance
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work self-reliantly, rotate on call schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
