Credit Manager

Description Robert Half has partnered with a long standing local company is looking for a Credit Manager to join their team in the construction industry, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, resolving inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. If this sounds like a role you are interested in, apply here and call Nathan Tillema at 719-249-5174.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records and liens Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use advanced Excel skills for report writing and data analysis Apply leadership skills to make strategic decisions and negotiate terms Utilize knowledge of the construction industry in credit and collections operations Perform financial analysis to assess credit risk Manage the collection of outstanding payments Apply mechanics liens where necessary in line with industry regulationsRequirements Requirements: Must have proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to Collect Outstanding payments effectively Knowledge of Credit - Collections processes in the construction industry Previous experience in the Construction Industry is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Familiarity with Mechanics Liens Strong Financial Analysis skills are necessary Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
