Hiring Electromechanical Assemblers to join our team in Colorado Springs!
Schedule: 1st Shift (Flexible start time between 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM)

We’re looking for a hands-on Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in Colorado Springs! In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality electro-mechanical products that make a real impact. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble electronic and mechanical components using detailed documentation.
Operate test equipment and perform part counts.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.
Apply lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
Document non-conformances and support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Essential Skills:
High school diploma required
Experience in mechanical and electromechanical assembly.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electronic assembly equipment.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to write engineering change requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
Soldering experience.
Familiarity with cleanroom environments.
Inventory picking and cycle count experience.
Packaging experience for large instruments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
