CAD / CNC Programmer – Stone Countertop Fabrication (Aurora, CO)
Position: Full-Time
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a CAD Technician / CNC Programmer to help prepare and maintain digital shop drawings, create machine programs, and assist with basic machine upkeep. This position will play a key part in our day-to-day shop operations and production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Edit and prepare countertop drawings based on field measurements and templates
Program CNC machines using Alphacam
Maintain organized files and production documentation
Perform basic machine maintenance and calibration
Communicate with fabrication and install teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist with process improvements, nesting optimization, and tool path management
(Room for growth into production coordination or lead CAD role)
Qualifications:
Experience with Alphacam (preferred) or other CAD/CAM software
Basic understanding of stone fabrication or woodworking CNC preferred
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn new systems
