To qualify for this position, you MUST have experience working in an office setting and the desire and ability to transition comfortably from scheduling, working closely with patients and families, presenting financial options, and answering busy multi line phone system. Treatment coordination experience a plus. Edge software, marketing/social media, orthodontic knowledge/terminology a plus, but willing to train the right individual.
