Job Title: Stocker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Stocker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping shelves full, making recommendations, fulfilling orders, and providing excellent customer service with open and flexible availability. This role requires a high level of organization, punctuality, and a high level of customer service skill. For this position, at least a basic level of wine, beer, or spirits knowledge is preferred.
Closing shift and weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Shelves: Keep shelves full of product and organized.
Product Knowledge: Help customers find what they are looking for and make recommendations.
Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Cashier: Cover breaks and help during busy periods on a register
Cleaning: Assist in general store upkeep and cleaning.
Compliance: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations, including proper handling of sensitive or hazardous materials if applicable.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or the liquor industry preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with computers and POS systems
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, frequent lifting of 25-50 lbs, and sometimes up to 160 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
