Job Description - Shipping Associate/Inventory Management

Balloon Innovations Inc. was founded in 2004. We are a multi-million dollar company doing business throughout the country and several other foreign countries. We are a rapidly growing company looking for future employee talent to help us grow in the coming years.
We produce unique business to business advertising products unlike anything seen before with an initial focus on helium-free balloon systems. We have branched into many other products and markets since our start. We offer our products thru Distribution, Retail and Service channels.

NOTE: We are a smoke free campus. Any smoking must be done off the property.
Job Description
Although we are looking for employee advancement, this position will need to learn the basic functions of Balloon Innovations' warehouse, our shipping processes as well as the products we sell. This position will learn by doing the following roles:
- Read orders carefully and pick items to be packed and shipped. Accuracy is important.
- Produce FedEx (via ShipStation) or Freight labels
- Pack products accurately and sufficiently to avoid damage in transit
- Account for incoming receivables and stock items
- Update inventory
- Keep warehouse and grounds in a clean and organized fashion
Hours
- Full Time Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM (Possibly earlier/later if desired. Hours may be flexible)
- Part Time possible
- Immediate start
- Hourly pay flexible depending on experience. Benefits after 3 months of employment. 15 days PTO after 6 months.

- This position will be under a 60 Day review period to ensure that Balloon Innovations is employing the most capable and driven candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Positive Attitude is ultimately most important!
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Ability to work together as a team
- US Citizen Status (I-9)
- Spanish speaking a plus but not necessary
