Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Foreman who can run residential remodel projects from demo to completion. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident leading a crew, coordinating materials, assembling estimates, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across all phases of construction.
This role is strictly residential and focused on single-family remodeling projects across the Denver metro area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a remodeling crew on active job sites
Oversee projects from demolition through final completion
Prepare initial job estimates and assist with final pricing
Create detailed material lists and pick up materials as needed
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones
Ensure work meets building code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
Troubleshoot unexpected issues quickly and effectively
Document project progress, changes, and field notes
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive hands-on experience in residential remodeling, including:
Framing
Drywall and finish work
Flooring installation
Roofing
Basic plumbing and electrical
General carpentry and common GC tasks
5+ years of residential remodeling experience
2+ years managing crews or running job sites
Strong understanding of building codes and inspection processes
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized and able to work independently
