5280 Floors is Colorado’s trusted leader in flooring and concrete solutions. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This role blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on project management, offering an exciting opportunity to directly influence company growth and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales and prospecting initiatives to expand our footprint and fuel company growth.

- Own Your Projects: Manage every project you close—from the initial sale through final completion—ensuring top-quality execution and client satisfaction.

- Lead in Concrete: Support the operations and success of our concrete division, collaborating with field teams and managing project timelines.

- Expand Our Reach: Conduct both B2B and B2C sales to grow our client base and strengthen key partnerships.

- Deliver Expertise: Perform in-person estimates and consultations with homeowners, providing knowledgeable, transparent, and customer-focused service.

- Build Commercial Opportunities: Take ownership of commercial estimating to drive growth in our concrete sales.

- Collaborate and Contribute: Jump in where needed to support company initiatives and team goals.

Who You Are

- A proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in both residential and commercial environments.

- Experienced in project management and comfortable overseeing jobs from start to finish.

- Knowledgeable in concrete, flooring, or construction-related fields (Specifically concrete polishing)

- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

- Motivated by growth—both personal and company-wide.
