Hi, my name is Jonah and I'm the sales manager of Cross Country Motors. We are a local independent car dealership in Loveland, CO. I'm looking for a online salesperson who is good at posting ads online through various social media platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Offer Up, etc.
I need someone who is comfortable making creative posts and advertisements that grab people's attention and get responses throughout the day. Your main goal in this job would be getting people to step foot on our dealership lot, and my sales team would handle the rest. Just by bringing somebody through the door, that automatically qualifies you to get half of the commission on the sale of that vehicle! It's that easy!
The job details would include:
- Taking pictures of the cars I have for sale
- Posting those cars on social media platforms, forum boards, anywhere you can get people to call you, etc
- Communicating with the people who reach out to you and get them interested in seeing my cars in person
- Answering questions about the vehicles that people will ask you once the cars you post get responses
- Making your advertisements and posts stand out by using creative methods that will get people interested
Qualifications needed to succeed:
- Good Attitude
- Online presence and knowledge of social media platforms
- Online sales background is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge on how to talk to people over the phone or through messaging
