Position Summary:
The Hot Tub Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs and spa systems. This includes troubleshooting electrical and plumbing components, performing regular maintenance, installing parts, and ensuring each customer’s hot tub is safe and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hot tub and spa equipment, including pumps, heaters, control panels, and plumbing.
Perform routine maintenance such as draining/refilling, filter cleaning, chemical balancing, and inspections.
Install new hot tubs, components, and accessories as needed.
Provide excellent customer service — explain repairs clearly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service outcomes.
Safely handle electrical and plumbing tools and materials.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hot tub, pool, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repair (preferred but not required).
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail
