Master Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join our team with a pay of $43.10 per hour. This position offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and ensure the optimal performance of over 40 pieces of various heavy equipment types. What you'll do: Repair, overhaul, or modify vehicles and equipment that are complex and involve complicated and varied systems Improvise modifications to equipment to correct reoccurring malfunctions Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy equipment of various types Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner. Oversee & manage PM's on equipment as needed on a scheduled basis. Manage repairs & work orders. Communicate timeframes, expectations, and issues to Maintenance Supervisor and the leadership team. Consistently look for and identify equipment issues that could cause a safety issue or equipment failure, ultimately causing downtime with the unit. Focused on getting routine maintenance done within the allotted time frame. Maintain a safe work environment.
