Office Manager

Join the thriving Property Management Industry. A local Roaring Fork Valley property business seeks a friendly and approachable Office Manager with a focus on collaboration to provide exceptional support. The Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact and is the backbone of operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a passion for logistical efficiency who desires to streamline day-to-day functions with various contacts. Part-time and in-person at the office in Basalt.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily office logistics to direct inquiries, calls, and respond to emails, schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and maintain office supply inventory.

2. Manage contractor communications and vendor relations.

3. Research and order materials for client properties and general office needs, and arrange the return shipping of materials. (Ideally familiar with construction materials for ordering products).

4. Implement efficient processes to organize physical and digital filing systems.

5. Assist with invoicing in QuickBooks and creating reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

6. Assist with bi-weekly payroll.

7. Schedule monthly bill payments with vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in a similar role

- Proficient in Google Mail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop

- Independent problem-solving skills to proactively complete tasks on time

- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect clearly with clients, vendors, and contractors
