The TAMBS (Timber Age Modular Building System) Value Stream Process Technician is an integral part of creating innovative building solutions for the regions we serve.
The Process Technician position enables TAS to produce high-quality TAMBS products for our customers by:
Assembling and ensuring the production of defect-free products.
Helping maintain and repair equipment involved in the value stream.
Ensuring a clean and well organized workplace for yourself and other TAS Team Members
Collaborating with other process team members in ensuring TAS meets value stream goals for People, Quality, Delivery & Cost key performance indicators.
Completing all work with an eye for improvement and great attention to detail.
Participating in ongoing self and corporate learning in preparation for new opportunities in support of the TAS Mission.
Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the factory is safe for all Team Members.
Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to leadership and Team Members.
Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
Analyzing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations.
Following health and safety standards.
Following production guidelines and specifications.
Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
Performing other tasks as assigned.
To serve as a Process Technician, a candidate should have the following characteristics and qualifications:
High school diploma/GED.
Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Physical dexterity.
Available for shift work including mandatory overtime as necessary.

$20+/ hr for regular hours with time-and-a-half ($30/hr) for Overtime
$300 per month reimbursed health insurance costs.
