Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Hartford, Connecticut. This role primarily focuses on providing technical support and troubleshooting services for end-users, managing computer hardware, and ensuring the efficient operation of Android and Cisco technologies.Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for end-users Manage and maintain computer hardware and Dell technologies Efficient operation of Android and Citrix technologies Ensure the successful operation of Cisco technologies and Apple devices Oversee the configuration management process Utilize Active Directory for network user and resource management Implement and manage backup technologies Ensure the efficient operation of various software and hardware Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, including deployment and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and repair issues. Experience with Dell Technologies, including hardware and software components. Familiarity with O365 and Azure AD Proficiency in using Active Directory for managing networked resources. Experience in handling Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Knowledge of various Backup Technologies, with the ability to implement and manage backup solutions.
