Job DescriptionNBC Connecticut is looking for an Engineer to Support the local stations by maintaining electronic and digital equipment to support News production and other on-air broadcast and streaming requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities.Troubleshoot complex ENG systems, SDI video routers, microwave systems, ENG Vehicles, Cellular Bonded News Gathering systems as well as other broadcast & production systemsStrong understanding of Newsroom Control systems and automation workflows Read schematic diagrams and troubleshoot analog and digital equipment to the component level.Troubleshoot and respond in a timely fashion to maintenance needs
