We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable short order cook to join our kitchen team. This position focuses on preparing and cooking items from our breakfast and brunch menu, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch items according to menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages to management.
Follow proper food preservation and storage procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a short order cook is mandatory - applicants without experience will not be contacted.
Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch food preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and able to take direction.
Availability to work mornings, weekends and holidays is required.
