Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Ridgefield, Connecticut. This role will primarily entail providing support for client computer networks, troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance on PCs and peripherals, and supporting disaster recovery backup solutions. This position is a part of our telecom provider team and will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to high-quality technical support and customer service.Responsibilities: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a ticket queue Provide support for client computer networks, including business-related technologies such as Windows operating systems, Office 365, Remote Access usage, VOIP, and mobile devices Perform routine maintenance on PCs and peripherals Support disaster recovery backup solutions Escalate tickets as needed Communicate with clients as required, keeping them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages Use skills in NCR, PC Desktop - Workstation, PC Hardware, and PC Skills to effectively perform duties and tasks. Requirements Proficiency in NCR systems is required for this role Demonstrated knowledge of PC Desktop - Workstation is essential Strong PC Hardware skills are necessary for this position Applicants must show evidence of well-developed PC Skills Experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a related role is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service at all times Willingness to continue learning and stay updated with recent technological developments.
