Kitchen Manager/Head Chef Position

We are in need of a kitchen manager to take over the role of the owner/head chef so we can concentrate on the expansion of our restaurant concept. We are a unique restaurant with unique food that is all made from scratch. Our Concept is New Orleans based as is our food - with a unique twist. We are passionate about our cuisine and want to convey a strong positive message to our customers that portrays the same message found in New Orleans. Good food, Good vibe, Good service and good Music. Our restaurant gets very busy at times so the role of kitchen manager is not for the faint of heart.
