Job Description:We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating office activities, maintaining schedules, assisting with client communication, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:Answer phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries as necessaryManage office supplies and maintain inventorySchedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangementsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsAssist in the preparation of documents for clients and internal team meetingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date files and recordsPerform general office duties to support the management teamProvide support in the development and execution of company policies and proceduresAssist with client relations and communication as needed
