Join a team dedicated to advancing research and evidence-based policy proposals informed by the data, expertise, and resources of JPMorganChase in collaboration with colleagues from across the Corporate Responsibility department and the JPMorganChase lines of business.As the Strategy and Content Lead for the Insights and Impact team you will play a critical role in supporting CR's thought leadership by collaborating across the department to develop and execute content and stakeholder engagement strategies, including research, policy, community engagement, philanthropy, and business practices, to drive replication and scaling. In this role, you will manage projects in collaboration with colleagues in Communications and other teams to share our experience, learnings, and impact globally.Job Responsibilities:

Identify, develop and manage emerging thought leadership campaigns by leading conversations with stakeholders, monitoring research, news, partner activities, etc. in key issue areas, conducting research, data analysis, and interviews to gather relevant information, drafting materials, and collecting feedback from colleagues and subject matter experts to refine plans and materials.

Engage in project management best practices and processes to ensure collaborative and timely delivery of products, lead strategic planning activities to deeply understand issue areas, assess potential for impact, develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, and identify promising approaches to advance priorities through our insights projects.

Create (research, write, develop) stakeholder collateral and messaging that effectively and accurately translates complex concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences and channels while building internal and external relationships and partnership coalitions to promote integrated stakeholder outreach efforts.

Deliver mine data and capture information for insights, and design mechanisms to share learnings across CR and business teams, convene regular forums with internal and external partners to surface learnings, understand priorities, and promote alignment with the execution of initiatives, collaborate with CR Communications and other teams to develop channels for sharing insights and elevating the firm's thought leadership, and support efforts to track activities and outputs and assess impact of projects.

Produce exceptional writing skills; ability to draft papers and other content to share learnings from our work across Corporate Responsibility and the firm. Research and analysis skills are also essential for this position.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit or government leadership in CR pillars (workforce development, financial health, housing, neighborhood development, small business), or related areas. Experience in consulting is a plus.

Strong project management experience, including ability to effectively collaborate across complex organization.

Results-oriented self-starter with strong independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Significant experience and commitment to JPMorganChase Corporate Responsibility mission to advance an inclusive and equitable economy; in particular, experience working in historically marginalized communities.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to understand, synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, and effectively communicate about a broad range of issues.

Advanced proficiency and experience with core Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Master's degree in relevant field (public policy, social sciences) is preferred.

Creative and flexible with an ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; direct or matrixed people leadership experience is a plus.
