Trummer's Coffee & Wine Bar is a European cafe opened by Stefan and Victoria Trummer, the owners of Trummer's in Clifton.
This all day cafe features Austrian and European food in a casual setting. We are expanding and hiring a kitchen manager to run the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have supervisor experience and a passion for quality cuisine.
Responsibilities include;
- Hiring and training all kitchen crew
- Creating prep lists to keep the kitchen fully stocked at all times
- All ordering
- Holding team accountable
- Executing high quality dishes with beautiful plating
- Keeping kitchen clean and following all food safety protocols
- Cooking 5 days a week, this is a hands on job
