Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI), a historic restoration construction company, is seeking experienced Caulkers, Pointers, and Restoration Mechanics to join our team in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area.

Job Responsibilities
-Perform caulking, joint sealing, and tuckpointing in a commercial setting.
-Demonstrate extensive experience using a caulking gun and basic hand tools.
-Work safely and confidently on scaffolding.
-Identify and work with various sizes and types of backer rods.
-Understand the differences between bulk, sausage, and tube products, and the application of 2-part sealants.
-Apply skills in masonry, commercial carpentry, drywall, and brick painting.
-Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction sites.
-Accurately judge straight lines, spacing, and proportions.
Physical Requirements
-Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding.
-Use hands and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.
-Maintain good visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses.
-Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs., with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when required.
