We are seeking a detail-oriented Digitization Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully handling archival materials, scanning and processing documents, and ensuring that high-quality digital records are produced for research and data projects. This is hands-on work that requires focus, accuracy, and consistency.
No degree is required—training will be provided. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare physical materials for scanning (unboxing, organizing, removing staples, etc.)
- Operate scanning equipment to capture high-resolution images of documents
- Review scans for clarity, alignment, and completeness; rescan as needed
- Perform basic digital processing (cropping, renaming, quality control checks)
- Track daily progress using provided software tools
- Handle archival materials with care, following preservation and handling guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
- Basic computer skills (file management, data entry, email)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time, five days a week
- Comfortable working in a team environment with shared goals
- Prior scanning, digitization, or data entry experience a plus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $30/hr (9am-5pm)
