General contractor specializing in commercial interior construction hiring carpenter/painter helper. Preference given to those with painting experience.
Scope of Work: General labor, Job Site Cleaning, Demo, Furniture Breakdown, Carpet Tile Installation, Ceiling Tile Installation, Trash Removal, Painter/Carpenter Helper
Person must be able to demonstrate the following:

5. Safety and Security: Observes safety and security protocols: reports potentially unsafe conditions: uses equipment and materials as directed following documented procedures.
Requirements:
Legal Resident with ability to pass Government Background Check. Any potential candidate will be required to undergo a criminal background investigation before employment.
2+ years experience in Construction
Ability to maintain a clean jobsite
Able to work independently and with a team
Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
Able to work flexible schedule based on client needs. Requires night and weekend work on occasion. Overtime available.
