CSI Maintenance Technician
Condominium Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking an experienced maintenance technician in Alexandria, Virginia for maintenance work at condominium complexes in Alexandria and DC. This is a full-time position with rotating on call duties. This is hands-on work completing work orders.
Responsibilities:
Under the Supervision of the Maintenance Director, the maintenance technician will be responsible for performing general repairs of hi-rise, mid-rise, and townhome communities to include:
Electrical
Plumbing
Painting
Drywall/framing
Tiling/grout work
Demolition
Purchasing
Hauling
Snow removal
Lock and door installation
Contractor supervision
Project management
Emergency response
Troubleshooting
General building maintenance tasks
We are looking for professionals that have the following:
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential maintenance or similar field.
Must have a drivers license & reliable transportation.
Able to pass a background check.
Pay:$25 per hour and up, depending on experience.
