We are hiring Mover / Driver team members to help us deliver top-quality moving, hauling, and furniture assembly services throughout the DMV area. This is your opportunity to join a locally trusted company with a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items with care and efficiency
Drive box trucks or vans to and from residential and commercial job sites
Disassemble and reassemble furniture, install wall-mounted decor (e.g., TVs, art)
Operate moving equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or lifts
Assist with packing and unpacking as needed
Follow planned delivery routes or use GPS for navigation
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and job site
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and crew members
Ensure every move is completed safely and professionally
Accurately complete job documentation (e.g., inventory, Bill of Lading)
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of moving, delivery, warehouse, or driving experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor all day
Valid driver's license
Great communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of basic tools and safe lifting techniques
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and punctual
Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
Previous experience operating box trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus
