Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Apopka, Florida. The role is critical in supporting payroll processes by handling significant amounts of data. Responsibilities include retrieving and compiling reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.Responsibilities: Retrieve and compile c payroll reports from various sources when needed. Accurately input payroll data into a tracking system, including details such as employee information, hours worked, and wage rates. Review and verify data entries to ensure their accuracy and comprehensiveness, addressing and rectifying any discrepancies or errors found in the data. Maintain organized and accurate payroll records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with payroll managers and other team members to gather necessary information and resolve any issues related to payroll data. Ensure that all entered data complies with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.Requirements Possess proficiency in Data Entry. Exhibit strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrate ability to quickly and accurately enter large volumes of data. Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry tasks. Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Showcase strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exhibit ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
