KM/Assistant Manager/ General Manager

Being able to work efficiently under pressure and able to perform the kitchen 90% of the shift, manage up to 14 people per shift, with skills and knowledge of the following: Toast, Hot schedules, Sysco Ordering, inventories, scheduling, Team player, good preparation, good communication skills, set the example on how to work fast and efficient, respectfully guiding the team to succeed, with positive attitude, customer service skills and being able to work under pressure, humble culture, (Transportation is a must). Be able to Relocate. from Miami Beach, Wynwood to Aventura.
