Job description:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Worker to join our on-site team. This role is essential to keeping our property well-maintained, attractive, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with irrigation systems and general landscaping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property irrigation systems, including troubleshooting, adjustments, and component replacement.
Carry out light landscape work such as trimming, planting, mulching, and general grounds upkeep.
Assist with property-wide maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring all work meets community standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a safe and efficient manner.
Work closely with management and follow directives to support community operations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications:
Previous hands-on experience with irrigation systems required.
Basic landscaping and grounds maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience: Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
