At 100 Proof Labs, we specialize in industrial-strength cleaning solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of institutions across industries. As a startup, we are looking for just 3 individuals who'll help lay an integrous, positive, and growth-minded culture going forward.

Our product line includes disinfectants, sanitizers, floor care solutions, wet wipes, degreasers, and other essential cleaning products designed to meet the needs of a wide range of industries. We serve health care facilities, schools, government entities, car washes, restaurants, and a variety of other businesses. Position: Sales Representative

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in the U.S.)

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor (Commission-Only)

Key Responsibilities:

Calling and prospecting to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within institutional markets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Present and promote 100 Proof Labs' product range, including cleaners, disinfectants, degreasers, and surface restorers.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Documentation is key, the better we understand our data, the more effective we are as a growth-oriented company.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales.

Positive, upbeat energy and a team-player attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A computer and stable internet connection.

Open minded; receptive of feedback and open to personal & professional growth

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, or related industries is a plus but not required.

Previous sales experience and/ or some network to our end markets (health care facilities, gyms, schools, businesses, government entities, car washes, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Proficiency; CRM software, dialers, script-writing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
