Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are a growing turf and outdoor living company seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our office running smoothly and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate project timelines
Maintain office files and records, ensuring everything is up to date
Assist with customer invoicing, payments, and order processing
Handle customer service inquiries and provide excellent client support
Manage inventory and office supplies
Pull permits when needed.
Help with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role (turf or construction industry experience a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Docs or other office software
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers licenses is a must.
