Full-service real estate brokerage seeking licensed Florida real estate agents interested in a unique, low-time-commitment role assisting with the management of corporate-owned properties in the Jacksonville area.
What You’ll Do:
Perform light, periodic oversight of assigned corporate properties (check-ins, vendor access, brief reports)
Option to receive buyer leads generated from corporate listings
Continue your own real estate business fully and independently
Additional compensation available for agents who assist with expanded property management duties
No prior corporate-owned seller-side experience required
Ideal Candidate:
Currently licensed in the State of Florida
Actively practicing either part-time or in a supplemental/side-business capacity
Independent, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
Comfortable following established procedures with minimal supervision
Interested in building a steady, relationship-based business stream
Must carry own Errors & Omissions Insurance
Agents must affiliate with our brokerage to represent corporate-owned assets.
