OVERVIEW
The Lead Civil Laborer is a key member of the team that will prepare and maintain a safe and clean job site for our various projects. This role requires quality workmanship, attention to detail and a positive attitude. The Lead Civil Laborer will work closely with the Site Superintendent or Foreman to ensure every job is completed on time and professionally, and meets high quality standards.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS SUMMARY
Salary Up to $75,000.00

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Forming, Pouring and Finishing Concrete
Setting handholes
Digging trenches
Removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials
Picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment
Communicate the project’s progress to team members and management
Support troubleshooting problems that may occur
Maintain professional relationships with government officials, worksite, and home office team members

REQUIREMENTS
5 years of construction experience
A valid driver's license
Willingness to travel
Able to pass a background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand, walk, and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time
Able to perform construction tasks
