Cross Creek Ranch (CCR) is a premiere wedding and events venue in Dover, Fl. We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to add to our team for our fall wedding season!

Design & Set Up Team- The Design & Setup Team's responsibility is to fulfill the design plan created by the couple and the Cross Creek Ranch (CCR) Designer. The Design & Setup Team carries out the wedding day set up plan by staging the welcome, ceremony, cocktail, reception and other areas on the grounds that may be used. It is the responsibility of the Design & Setup Team to take care that everything is beautiful and inviting, right down to all of the little details. The Design & Set up team member must be able to: manage time wisely, manage stress in a high paced environment, be able to adapt to the situation at hand, bend, stoop, stand and walk for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
Parking/ Bonfire Team-This position is perfect forteens and college students. Parking attendants are the very first people that greet our wedding couples and their guests on wedding day. Parking attendants must be able to provide clear parking direction to drivers with confidence and a smile. All parking attendants will also be trained to staff the bonfire for when in use. Parking attendants must be able to: manage stress in a high paced environment, be flexible and able to adapt to the situation at hand, bend, stoop, stand walk for extended periods of time and be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
Banquet Team:This position will be working directly with guests throughout the evening, during the reception. Banquet Team Must be able to manage time wisely, manage stress in a high paced environment, be able to adapt to the situation at hand, bend, stoop, stand and walk for extended periods of time, carry trays and be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
Bar Tending Team:This position will be working directly with guests throughout the evening, during the reception. Banquet Team Must be able to manage time wisely, manage stress in a high paced environment, be able to adapt to the situation at hand, bend, stoop, stand and walk for extended periods of time, carry trays and be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).MUST have experience and current certifications.
ALL positions are PART TIME and SEASONAL.
Schedules are based on event dates.
