Our menu focuses on fresh ingredients, quality dishes, and friendly service that makes every guest feel at home. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management to customer satisfaction. The right candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about hospitality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
- Support marketing, events, and promotions as needed
- Communicate effectively with ownership and kitchen management
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
- Multilingual skills are highly valued — French is a strong plus
- Knowledge of South Beach hospitality culture is a bonus
