We are seeking a diligent, passionate and creative Sous Chef/ Chef de Cuisine to join our team.

Lead by example to deliver an effective and efficient dining experience while maintaining the highest food quality possible.

The compensation for this is a $55-65,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

A culinary degree or culinary experience required

Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations

Long hours sometimes required

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times

Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and staff

Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming

Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

Maintain Health and Safety standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements set by the company, local and regional government
