The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibility #1: Identify owners with double deck inventory and match them for mutually beneficial trades.Responsibility #2: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of double deck trades, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to trade policies.Responsibility #3: Liaise with owners who have been promised other properties through even trade option letters.Responsibility #4: Coordinate necessary actions to fulfill commitments made in option letters, ensuring compliance with trade agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction.Responsibility #5: Collaborate with relevant teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.Responsibility #6: Work closely with the Customer Support team to address customer concerns related to trades.Responsibility #7: Provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to customer issues to enhance the overall experience and strengthen relationships.Responsibility #8: Communicate trade progress, inventory availability, and customer satisfaction updates to internal teams and management.Responsibility #9: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Trade, and Customer Support—to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.Responsibility #10: Recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in trade facilitation and inventory management.
