Bookkeeping/HR & Office Admin (in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL)
Marquis Fine Cabinetry is a mid – high end residential and commercial cabinet design, manufacturing, and installation. For more than 30 years we’ve been involved with trend setting designs along the Gulf Coast. Marquis operates from a beautiful showroom and a separate, state-of-the-art, totally automated manufacturing facility. We are looking to add an experienced Bookkeeping / HR Office Admin to the team in our showroom/office.
The Bookkeeping, Office, and HR Administrator will support day-to-day operations across multiple business entities by managing essential accounting, administrative, and human-resources functions.
Our ideal candidate must have:
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including multi-entity accounting and reporting.
Bookkeeping including reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll entry, and financial organization.
Assist with employee onboarding, new-hire package setup, and maintaining personnel files.
Support employee benefits administration and help coordinate enrollment or changes.
Perform office tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail.
Maintain organized digital and physical records across accounting and HR functions.
Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and management
