We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and performing related tasks to achieve the desired aesthetic outcomes.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Perform plastering and caulking as needed to ensure smooth surfaces.
Execute restoration and renovation projects with attention to detail.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
Experience
Proven experience in residential and commercial painting is preferred.
Knowledge of construction site practices and safety protocols.
Experience with various painting techniques.
