Secure-Pro Field Services, Inc. — A licensed and insured property preservation company with over 20 years of industry experience — is seeking experienced property preservation vendors who are actively working or have recently worked in the property preservation industry. Experience in this industry is mandatory. We are looking for vendors in Brevard, Volusia, Seminole, and Orange counties.

Scope of Work Includes:
Lock changes, securing/boarding windows & doors
Lawn care and landscape maintenance
Trash outs, debris removal, and general upkeep
Winterizations (when applicable)
Photo-documented inspections (interior/exterior)
Requirements:
Active Aspen Grove ABC# (Shield ID) with completed background check
Experience with mobile field apps: Property Preservation Wizard (PPW)
Experience in property preservation and maintenance
Own vehicle, trailer, and all necessary tools
Smartphone or tablet with reliable high-speed internet
Valid driver’s license with current insurance
General liability insurance required (York-Jersey preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Ability to follow HUD guidelines
Familiarity with bid preparation
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
