We are a busy consulting firm seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Candidate should be self-motivated, multi-tasker, quick learner, and a friendly people person.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scanning, copying, faxing, and mailing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
